SHOR American Seafood Grill in Clearwater Beach Presents Special Valentine?s Day Menu
Clearwater, FL (PRWEB) January 23, 2012 In honor of Valentine?s Day, SHOR American Seafood Grill at the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort and Spa is featuring a special table d?h?te menu. The four-course prix fixe offering was developed by Executive Chef Richard Preston in collaboration with his culinary team.
SHOR?s Valentine?s Day menu features a soup course and salad course, along with a choice of innovative entrees and decadent desserts. Guests may choose from a wild mushroom velout? or traditional lobster bisque, while the salad options include mesclun greens with toasted walnuts and sun-dried cherry or organic baby Savoy spinach with roasted red pear and caramelized onion.
For the main course, SHOR offers a selection of four specialty dishes:
?Slow-Roasted 1855 Beef Tenderloin with aged white cheddar potato gratin and asparagus
